IT Analyst

About The Role The IT Analyst supports Volta's internal technology environment, ensuring employees across London, Palo Alto, and New York have reliable access to the systems, hardware, and applications they need to do their best work. Sitting within Corporate IT, this role covers everything from device provisioning to systems administration and day-to-day IT support, and is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping a fast-growing organization running smoothly. What You Will Be Doing Provide first- and second-line technical support to employees across offices and time zones Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and office IT equipment Administer core business applications (identity, collaboration, and productivity tools) and manage user access Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding processes in partnership with the People team Monitor systems for performance and security issues, escalating as needed Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures Support the rollout of new tools, integrations, and IT policies Assist with basic network and endpoint security configuration and compliance checks What You Bring 2+ years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk role Working knowledge of common business applications, identity/SSO platforms, and endpoint management tools Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests across time zones Clear written and verbal communication skills Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) a plus Comfortable working in a fast-growing, global organization
