Hand & Stone was founded by a physical therapist, and we take great care of our therapists! Pay based on commission for services, upgrades and tips. Our therapists earn an average of $55,000 to $100,000 per year, depending upon hours worked and services provided. Job Duties: Create exceptional experiences for members/guests. Perform customized massages and spa enhancements to help clients. Be dependable, have a positive attitude and be a good teammate.
