Field Crew Member

We are a local lawn care business servicing Martinsburg, WV and the surrounding areas. We provide all equipment, a straightforward workflow, and consistent weekly pay. This is a seasonal W-2 position running from spring through fall, with hours that vary slightly depending on the weather. Pay & Compensation Base Rate: $15–$18 / hour Pay Schedule: Weekly pay Classification: W-2 employee (Workers’ compensation coverage provided) Please note: As a seasonal role, this position does not include standard health or retirement benefits. Job Duties Operate lawn mowing equipment (both push mowers and zero-turn mowers) Perform precise string trimming and edging along borders, sidewalks, and structures Clear driveways, patios, and walkways using leaf blowers Safely load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers Maintain a clean and professional workspace on all client properties Schedule Full-time seasonal (approx. Spring to Fall) Typically weekday work (4-5 days a week) Weather-dependent hours (early starts and early finishes are common to beat the heat!) Requirements Dependability: Must be reliable, punctual, and show up on time every day. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs comfortably and work outdoors in varying weather conditions and summer heat. License: A valid driver's license is required. Experience: Previous lawn care or landscaping equipment experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude! #J-18808-Ljbffr
