What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicles need while keeping the repair process organized and moving forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build relationships with new and returning customers
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Review digital vehicle inspections and technician recommendations
• Prepare and confidently present repair estimates
• Explain repairs and maintenance in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Help customers prioritize recommended services
• Obtain repair approvals and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Manage multiple repair orders and customer conversations at once
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently
• Follow up with customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
• Help maintain an organized, professional front office

We’re Looking for an Experienced Advisor

This is not an entry-level position.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have previous A utomotive Service Advisor Experience
• Are comfortable managing a busy service drive and multiple repair orders
• Can confidently discuss and present larger repair recommendations
• Understand how to build trust without relying on high-pressure sales tactics
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
• Stay organized and follow through on commitments
• Enjoy solving problems and helping people
• Take ownership of your performance
