Job Title: Grant Accountant

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:  

• General accounting & reporting relating to federal & state grants, cost & government accounting, and auditing
• Manage vendor relationships, including resolving invoice discrepancies, handling payment inquiries, and maintaining accurate vendor records
• Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger support as needed

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Accounting
• Advanced Excel experience (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
• 2+ years of grant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting principals, general ledger and journal entry experience
