Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS Finance)
• Licensed CPA OR CPA Candidate***
• 2+ years of experience in business valuation, preferably within a forensic accounting, valuation, or consulting firm.
• Valuations will be with Small Businesses ($2-4M avg.)
• Valuation on Market Approach, Income and Asset Based approach
• Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and industry research techniques.
• Strong Proficiency in Excel (linking between sheets)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate valuation findings and interact with clients.
