Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid

We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking Full‑Time employment in our Leon Valley location in San Antonio, TX. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and a salesman‑like enthusiasm, as you will be the main point of contact for parents. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 10 clients. You will be working with the clinical director to train your team of behavior technicians, directly supervising them with clients. We can’t emphasize enough how vital your ability to pay attention to detail is in this role, as you must adhere to the pre‑authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided. Business Growth Opportunity—Learn how to open your own ABA center! Duties and Responsibilities: In Center Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. 32 billable hours target. Quality Assurance. Perform Assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc). Create Individualized, research‑based client programs. Analyze client progress and update programs as needed. Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise Interns and RBTs in‑center and in‑home. Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service training. Insurance correspondence (pre‑auth requests). Safety Management. Qualifications/Requirements: Maintains BACB Certification. Texas LBA License (Preferred). Maintains State Certification. Maintains BLS/CPR certification. Maintains NPI number. Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training. Maintains updated CAQH account. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university. Remote work experience No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active. Expectations: Provide high‑quality care to our clients. Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB. Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws. Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
