Start your new career as a Material Handler with MAU at AHF in Cartersville, GA. As a Material Handler, you will operate and maintain production machinery to support daily manufacturing goals in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training available)
Strong communication and teamwork skills

What You'll Do as a Material Handler:

Operate and monitor production equipment including grinders, glue applicators, finishing lines, and forklifts
Perform equipment start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures
Load raw materials and inspect finished products to ensure quality
Conduct minor mechanical adjustments and report issues promptly
Accurately document production data, material usage, and downtime
Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and chemical handling
Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in quality, efficiency, and waste reduction
