Project Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established commercial construction firm to identify a Commercial Project Manager for projects across the Seattle market. This is a strong opportunity for a PM looking for stability, project variety, and long-term growth with a respected builder. The Role Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyouts, and change management Work closely with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, and safety Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants Lead project meetings and proactively resolve project challenges Project Profile Ground-up and renovation commercial projects Office, mixed-use, healthcare, education, retail, and light industrial Typical project sizes ranging from $5M–$50M+ Ideal Background 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, contracts, and procurement Proven ability to manage multiple scopes and stakeholders Experience delivering projects in active or occupied environments is a plus Why This Opportunity Consistent backlog of work in the Seattle market Competitive compensation package with bonus potential Full benefits including health coverage, 401(k), PTO Long-term growth with a reputable commercial builder This search is being conducted confidentially.
