Electrical Technician

Electrical TechnicianCurrently looking for an Electrical Technician. This position will assemble, troubleshoot, install and service LNS equipment in plant or at customer's facilities. Essential duties include:Performs mechanical and electrical assembly of machines using manufacturing orders, drawings, schematics and SOPs as neededTroubleshoots machine tool accessories for quality issuesWorks with Operations, Applications, Engineering, and Quality personnel to improve machine build processesFocuses on high quality output of productsTravels occasionally to install and service machine tool products off-site at customer facilitiesUses field experience to improve the assembly processesQualifications:Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlinesMechanical aptitude neededExcellent customer service skillsAbility to read and understand schematics and apply to machine applicationsElectrical troubleshooting skillsGood organizational skillsPhysical demands: Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lb. Able to stand for long periods of time. Occasional overnight travelPosition requirements: High school degree and 2-year technical degree or certificate. 3 years prior experience.
