Employee Benefits Account Manager

We are looking to grow our Employee Benefits Division and are seeking a tenured Account Manager to help our team. The Benefits Account Manager will serve in a lead service role, providing outstanding support to our employee benefits clients while working closely with our producers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day service for group and individual life and health insurance accounts ranging from 2-350 employees. Assist clients with billing inquiries, ID card requests, coverage questions, enrollments, and terminations. Support producers throughout the renewal process by gathering underwriting information, preparing renewal materials, and coordinating client renewal reviews. Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow‑up on service requests. Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Collaborate with producers and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional Required Skills Excellent customer service/communication skills and good at doing the right thing. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting both clients and producers. Experience servicing group and individual life and health insurance accounts. Knowledge of COBRA administration.
