Maintenance Manager Opportunity

Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturer in a rapidly growing industry to add a Maintenance Manager to its Dayton facility. This high-profile opportunity will lead maintenance and reliability within a fast-paced, low-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Manager will develop a skilled team, strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and improve equipment reliability across the operation. Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, uptime, safety, and overall plant performance.
• Develop, coach, and hold maintenance leaders and technicians accountable for performance.
• Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
• Use CMMS data, KPIs, and root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to establish maintenance priorities, support capital projects, and improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate maintenance teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability, CMMS systems, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated success improving equipment uptime, reducing unplanned downtime, and strengthening maintenance performance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
