Future Opening: Full Time New Castle Caregiver

Are you looking to make a change? Are you seeking a career and NOT a job? You will be excited to hear that Right at Home is hiring! We need to urgently hire four new team members to staff three, 12-hour shift blocks each (work three days, off for four).

Our specific shift needs are:

• 12-hour day shifts (all 7 days)
• 12-hour overnights (all 7 days)

Must-Have's:

• Must have previous caregiving experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have valid Driver's License, insured and reliable vehicle
• Must pass comprehensive, criminal history background check
• Must pass drug screen

We offer our staff paid a training program with incremental pay increases, plus paid online training, as well as in-person training and one-on-one mentoring. Right at Home offers vision, dental, disability, life and accident insurances (conditions apply), direct deposit, GPS-tracked clock-in and out for shifts - no paper time cards to bring in! We are looking to start new hires immediately! Our employees are important to us!

As a Non-Medical agency, we do not provide care to COVID-19 positive clients. We provide all necessary PPE. Compensation: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
