TikTok Shop Operations Specialist Sunny Health & Fitness is looking for a detail-oriented and platform-savvy TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day health and performance of our TikTok Shop presence. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who lives insideSellerCenter, understands how the platform works at a deep level, and takes pride in keeping every moving part running cleanly. Responsibilities Shop Operations & Health Own and monitor TikTok Shop health scores daily —identifyflags, resolve violations, andmaintainthe account in good standing at all times Conduct regular shop audits to ensure listings, pricing, inventory, and product information areaccurateand complete across all active SKUs Manage andmaintainproduct catalog integrity — titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and categorization aligned with platform best practices Proactivelyidentifyand resolve any listing issues, policy violations, or fulfillment flags before theyimpactshop health PDP Optimization & SEO Write andoptimizeProduct Detail Page (PDP) copy — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords — with a clear focus on TikTok Shop SEO and search discoverability Research and apply relevant keywords, trending search terms, and competitor benchmarks to improve organic product visibility A/B test PDP variations toidentifyhighest-converting copy, imagery, and pricing combinations Maintain a structured PDP optimization tracker and report on improvements and ranking changes over time Seller Center — Automations, Segments & Marketing Tools Build and manage automated campaigns, promotional rules, and pricing strategies within Seller Center's marketing tools Set up andoptimizecustomer segments for targeted promotions, coupons, flashdeals. Leverage Seller Center's full suite of marketing tools — vouchers, bundle deals, free shipping thresholds, and limited-time offers — to drive conversion and GMV Monitor campaign performance data and make ongoing optimization decisions based on ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and GMV Platform Campaigns Coordinate Sunny's participation in TikTok Shop platform campaigns — DealForYou Days, Super Brand Days, seasonal events, and any invite-only promotional windows Prepare all required assets, listings, pricing, and inventory commitments ahead of campaign deadlines Track and report campaign performance post-event with structured recaps and key takeaways Maintain an ongoing campaign calendar so the team is never caught off guard by platform opportunities Affiliate Center & Outreach Manage the full affiliate program through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center — from discovery and outreach to onboarding, product linking, sampling, and performance tracking Execute outreach to affiliates across all tiers — open collaboration, targeted collaboration, and premium/top-performing creators — with persistent, high-volume follow-through Develop and manage product showcase pages and affiliate-specific promotional setups to maximize content creation and conversion Review and approve or decline affiliate collaboration requests daily —maintaina clean and active roster Sampling Strategy & Inventory Tracking Identifypriority SKUs forseeding, match products to the right creator tier, track shipments, and follow up on content output Maintaina real-time sampling tracker showing who received what, when it shipped, expected content deadlines, and actual posting dates Monitor sample-to-video conversion rates and sample-to-GMV ratios by SKU to continuously refine the seeding strategy Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team on sample inventory levels to ensure outreach commitments are fulfillable Flag low-inventory SKUs early and adjust sampling priorities accordingly to prevent over-commitment Reporting & Analytics Pull and organize weekly performance reports from Seller Center — GMV by channel, affiliate performance, campaign results, top SKUs, and shop health metrics Build andmaintaininternal dashboards or tracking sheets for ongoing visibility into key KPIs Identifytrends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data and surface them to the team proactively Support the preparation of leadership-facing reports and weekly team updates Qualifications 1–2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience — specifically inside Seller Center, not just general socialmediaor e-commerce Demonstrated knowledge of TikTok Shopshophealth scoring, violation resolution, and account maintenance ExperienceoptimizingPDPs for TikTok Shop SEO — keyword research, title structure, description writing, and search ranking improvement Working knowledge of Seller Center's marketing tools — automations, segments, vouchers, Shop Ads, and promotional setups Experience managing and executing TikTok Shop platform campaigns from prep through post-event reporting Hands-on affiliate outreach experience — you have messaged creators, managed collaboration requests, and tracked affiliate performance Familiarity with all affiliate tiers — open, targeted, and premium — and how to work each one effectively Experience managing a sampling program — tracking shipments, following up on content, and measuring ROI Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — you can build a tracker from scratch and keep it clean Highly organized with sharp attention to detail — listing errors, health score flags, and missed deadlines don'tslip past you Clear and direct communicator — with creators, internal teams, and leadership Self-starter whodoesn'tneed to be told twice — you see a problem, you fix it Experience with TikTok Shop LIVE operations — standard LIVE or auction format — is a strong plus Experience with Shop Ads (GMV Max, product-level campaigns) is a strong plus Familiarity withEuka,Modash, or other creator/affiliate management tools is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr SUNNY DISTRIBUTOR INC.
