EHS Manager: Drive Zero-Incident Safety & Compliance

Matthews International Corporation in Searcy, AR is seeking a Mgr – Environmental Health & Safety to lead site operations and promote a culture of safety. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with EHS strategies and drive initiatives aimed at incident reduction.
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of progressive Health and Safety leadership experience in manufacturing are required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this critical role.
