Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our OB/GYN specialty clinic located in Seattle, WA. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in adult outpatient settings.

Schedule

• Shift: 4x10 Hours (07:00 - 17:30)
• Days Off: Alternating days off each week (to be discussed with manager)
• Weekends: NO weekends required

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in an adult outpatient setting is required; OB/GYN experience is a plus.
• Licensure: Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is preferred, but Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) will be considered.
• Charting System: Experience with EPIC is required.
• Special Procedures: Experience in MUA, Colposcopy, LEEP, and IUD insertion is desirable.

Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Assistant in our clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Obtaining vital signs and recording patient history, medications, and allergies.
• Conducting hearing screenings and vision testing.
• Performing nebulizer treatments and immunizations.
• Labeling specimens and conducting urine tests.
• Telephone triage and follow-up phone calls.
• Preparing patients for examinations and assisting the provider during procedures.
