Transportation Driver

Premier at Perry Village – New Bloomfield, PA

Premier at Perry Village is seeking a dependable Transportation Driver to join our skilled nursing facility in New Bloomfield, PA . This position is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation for residents while ensuring exceptional customer service and compassionate care during each trip.

Shift Available

• Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, hospital visits, and other scheduled outings.

• Assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle safely.

• Escort residents to and from appointments as needed.

• Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and outside providers.

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and routine inspection of facility vehicles.

• Ensure all transportation documentation is completed accurately.

• Follow all traffic laws, facility policies, and resident safety procedures.

• Report vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.

• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Previous transportation or healthcare experience preferred.

• Experience transporting seniors or individuals with mobility limitations is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.
