As our People & Culture Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring every employee has the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed while helping strengthen an inclusive and mission-driven workplace. What You'll Do As the People & Culture Specialist, you will: Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day. Coordinate engaging New Employee Orientation sessions. Partner with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure employees are fully prepared to begin work. Coordinate mandatory training and maintain employee training records. Support HR operations, including HRIS updates, onboarding documentation, benefits enrollment, and personnel records. Monitor compliance with employment documentation, licensure, certifications, and required training. Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives. Help create an outstanding employee experience that reflects Casa Esperanza's mission and values. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred). Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, training coordination, or employee services. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Spanish Bilingual Required Preferred Experience Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services experience. Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred). Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS). SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus. Why Join Casa Esperanza?
