In this role, you'll translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, and guide products from concept through launch. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help people work better together through personalized coaching and behavioral insights. **Job Responsibilities*** Develop product strategy for complex capabilities such as integrations, platforms services, and AI-enabled experiences informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.* Partner closely with engineering to evaluate technical options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and determine the right product approach.* Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, security, data, and other technical partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.* Use product data, customer feedback, and system insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.* Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to support launches, adoption, and ongoing product success.**Required Qualifications*** 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably working with SaaS, platform, API, integration, or other technically complex products.* Experience working in agile software development environments.* Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.* Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.* Strong understanding of software development concepts, including APIs, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and technical architecture.* Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify dependencies and risks, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.* Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Desired qualifications*** Experience building AI-enabled products or features. **We power infinite possibilities.** For more than 200 years, we've transformed knowledge into discoveries that shape the world.
