Walking Picker

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Walking Picker to join their team. As a Walking Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Walking Picker

Location: Winchester, VA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform walking and standing tasks throughout the shift to pick and pack items accurately

• Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate and retrieve products

• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods

• Own work boots covering ankles (no steel or composite toe required)

• Reliable transportation to Winchester, VA
