Requirements:

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Maintain product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and dealership services
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance standards
• Complete required sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
