This role is designed for someone who wants to sell, grow, and earn.

We are looking for candidates who already hold an Ohio Property and Casualty insurance license or are willing to obtain their license independently before beginning the licensed sales role.

Our goal is simple: get the right person trained, integrated into our sales process, and producing as quickly as possible.

You will not spend your first several weeks simply telemarketing or waiting for an opportunity to sell. You will be joining an established sales operation with lead flow, proven processes, coaching, technology, and a team focused on production.

Requirements
