These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.**Job Description*** Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities* Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach* Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices* Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)* Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices* Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal controls* Track and report recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness)* Participate in continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts* Other duties as assignedTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
