Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout Huntington and surrounding Suffolk County communities.

Whether you’re looking for a weekday live-in assignment, weekend-only opportunity, or longer-term case , we offer flexible scheduling options designed to fit your availability and lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Prepare and plan meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

Qualifications

To join our team, you must have:

• At least 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• A valid New York State HHA Certificate
• Authorization to work in the United States
• A valid driver’s license is preferred
• A current physical examination within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year , or a chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunization records within the past 10 years
