Compensation: $20–$34/hour, based on experience

As an EMT, you’ll be the first point of care for patients in both emergency and non-emergency settings. You'll collaborate closely with dispatch, hospital partners, and advanced care teams to provide safe, timely, and compassionate transport services.
What You'll Do
- Respond to emergency, urgent, and scheduled transport requests.
- Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate pre-hospital care.
- Safely transport patients between facilities and/or scenes of incidents.
- Document all patient interactions through accurate and timely ePCR entries.
- Maintain vehicle inventory and cleanliness, ensuring all supplies and equipment are in working order.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, paramedics, and healthcare providers.
What You Bring
- Active EMT certification in the State of Ohio.
- Valid driver's license (with fewer than 4 points to drive a company vehicle).
- Current BLS CPR certification (AHA BLS Provider preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient care.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior experience in high-volume 911 systems or interfacility transport.
- Exposure to Advanced Life Support (ALS), Critical Care Transport (CCT), or event standby coverage.
- Desire to progress within a high-performance EMS system that values internal advancement.
