Location Houston, TX 77092 Compensation Beam Acc Welder: $16.75/hour, Frame Welder: $17.50/hour. Night shift: $22.00/hour plus $1.00 shift differential (6:00pm-2:00am Monday thru Friday). Work Environment Industrial shop setting; morning and night shifts available. Once tested, the position starts immediately. Responsibilities Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining appropriate metals to specifications. Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage. Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately. Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools. Determining correct gas ratios. Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required. Requirements Must be able to pass the MIG welding test. Must be bilingual. Must have a welding hood and pliers. Safety is top priority – must be a team player. Must be able to operate machinery. Must bring two forms of ID. FR clothing required.
