Job Description

Maverick Mortgage Group is hiring Mortgage Loan Officers who want to spend more time originating loans and less time finding them.

We provide company-generated inbound mortgage opportunities, processing support, technology, marketing resources, training, and broad product access so our Loan Officers can focus on borrowers, applications, and funded loans.

No purchasing your own leads. No traditional cold calling.

What Maverick Provides

20+ company-generated inbound mortgage opportunities per week

50–175 BPS compensation per funded loan

Higher compensation opportunities for self-generated business

Processing and operational support

CRM and LendingPad LOS

Marketing and lead-management support

Ongoing training and coaching

Broad product access, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, investor, and refinance options

What You’ll Do

Respond quickly to inbound mortgage opportunities

Consult with borrowers and identify appropriate financing solutions

Complete mortgage applications and review required borrower documentation

Structure loan scenarios and recommend appropriate products

Manage your active pipeline from application through closing

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and LendingPad LOS

Communicate with borrowers, processors, underwriters, real estate professionals, and other transaction partners

Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state mortgage requirements

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers are strongly encouraged to apply.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Strong communicators

Responsive and consistent with follow-up

Competitive and production-focused

Organized and capable of managing an active pipeline

Professional, coachable, and relationship-focused

An existing personal book of business is not required.

Newly licensed Loan Officers and qualified candidates working toward licensure may also be considered. Licensing and exam-preparation assistance may be available.

Compensation

This is a full-time W-2 position with hourly base pay plus commission.

Commission ranges from 50–175 BPS per funded loan, based on factors including production, experience, and lead source.

Self-generated business may qualify for higher compensation within the established commission structure, with additional performance incentives available.
