Marketing Manager - Home Health

BAYADA is launching a new Home Health market in Fort Wayne, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to help build our presence from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, relationship-focused professional who is energized by opening doors, developing new partnerships, and creating sustainable growth in a new market.

As the Marketing Manager, you will establish and strengthen relationships with hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, and other healthcare referral sources throughout Fort Wayne and surrounding counties. You will introduce BAYADA's high-quality, transparent approach to care, learn the needs of local organizations, and connect them with solutions that help people receive exceptional care at home.

This is a start-up opportunity with significant autonomy, visibility, and the support of an experienced BAYADA Home Health team. You will also benefit from lessons learned during BAYADA's recent Indianapolis market launch and collaborate closely with service office colleagues as the Fort Wayne market develops.
What you'll do

• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing healthcare referral sources.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, in-person outreach, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Build brand recognition for BAYADA throughout the Fort Wayne market.
• Identify hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and other potential referral partners.
• Learn the needs and challenges of individual accounts and identify ways BAYADA can help.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow referral volume.
• Communicate BAYADA's differentiators and commitment to high-quality, transparent care.
• Manage referral activity, account priorities, and business-development opportunities independently.
• Partner closely with service office team members to support a positive experience for clients, referral sources, and the community.
• Travel throughout Fort Wayne and surrounding counties as business needs require.

What you'll bring

• At least two years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, business development, sales, or related role.
• A demonstrated ability to open new accounts, build relationships from scratch, and generate business through proactive outreach.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and take ownership of results.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort operating in a developing market.
• A growth mindset and the tenacity to stay motivated while building a new referral network.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the territory.

Preferred experience

• Healthcare sales, home health, home care, or other healthcare business-development experience.
• Existing relationships or an established book of business within the Fort Wayne healthcare market.
• Experience working with hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, or similar referral sources.
• Familiarity with HCHB, Epic, CarePort, Allscripts, or related healthcare technology platforms.

No specific degree, license, or certification is required for this position. We are most interested in your ability to build trust, create opportunities, and grow meaningful partnerships.
Compensation and incentive opportunity

• Base salary: $70,000-$80,000.
• Monthly bonus opportunity based on growth and referral volume.
• Full time opportunity with benefits.
