Marketing Compliance Specialist

Job Description Reporting directly to Ironwood's Chief Compliance Officer, lead and manage Ironwood’s marketing compliance obligations, as well as assist in the maintenance of Ironwood’s compliance program. Responsibilities Lead and manage Ironwood’s marketing compliance obligations Assist in the maintenance of Ironwood’s compliance program, both the investment adviser and the registered funds Review and ensure compliance of all internal and external communications, including email distributions, fact cards, marketing decks, commentary, quarterly letters, investor statements, external facing website, and various ad hoc reports Assist in the maintenance of the firm and funds’ outsourced compliance relationships, including consultant and distributor Manage the firm’s outsourced compliance management technology platform Assist with Registered Representative compliance Assist in the coordination of the firm and funds’ regulatory filings Assist in the updates to the funds’ investment vehicle offering, subscription, tender, and redemption documentation Other projects as needed Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant marketing compliance experience Knowledge regarding the U.S. Federal securities laws (including the Investment Advisers Act and the Investment Company Act) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic record Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail with concern for quality and accuracy of final product The anticipated base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role is eligible for other discretionary compensation programs based on performance.
