Data Analyst Irvine, CA Direct-HirePosition: Data Analyst - AnalyticsLocation: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Only local candidates will be considered)Terms: Direct-hireCompensation: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour (DOE)Benefits: Annual discretionary bonus + benefits + 3 weeks PTOPartnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze customer service metrics (order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance, expedite requests)Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendationsEnsure data integrity and validate sourcesReporting & DashboardsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsDeliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teamsContinuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunitiesOperational SupportMonitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and recommend mitigationPartner with customer experience, sales, and operations teamsUnderstand end-to-end order flow from entry to reportingBusiness ContributionFulfill reporting requests from leadershipProactively identify new metrics, trends, and improvement opportunitiesRecommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years in data analytics or similar roleAdvanced Power BI and Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platformsStrong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptionsBackground working with data in customer service, sales, or order managementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
