ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been serving the community since 2015, with a second location added in 2022. We’ve grown into a team of seven and continue to expand, building a strong, relationship-focused environment across both offices.

I became a State Farm agent right out of college and am a graduate of Ohio University. I’m married, love animals, and enjoy both watching and playing sports.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Saraniti - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
