Our client, a leading organization in the vending solutions industry, is seeking a VMIS to join their team. As a VMIS, you will be part of the customer support and solutions department supporting sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: VMIS

Location: Jamaica, NY

Pay Range: $20 -$21.50

Shift: start at 7am or 6am

What's the Job?

• Drive customer loyalty by supporting and promoting vending solutions.
• Support and collaborate with sales associates through the execution of the CARE program.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of all solutions equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Log daily activities accurately in SFDC and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Connect with customers to ensure retention and identify opportunities for product expansion and growth.

• Enjoy helping others and working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and routing software tools.
