REQUIRED:

Administrative Assistant/Secretary Experience Must have documented NJDOE 21st CCLC EZ Report Training to apply Knowledge and understanding EZ Reports database, Excel, & Genesis platforms

DUTIES:

The data entry staff member will be responsible for inputting the Burnet Middle School and Kawameeh Middle School 21st CCLC After School and Summer Program student attendance in the NJDOE EZ Reports database. Set up and manage the EZ Reports database by inputting all staff, student, volunteer, activity sessions, parent nights and field trips into the reporting program. Cross reference all student attendance sheets to ensure that three hours daily are inputted into each student schedule for data tracking. Input all student surveys into EZ Reports. Attend any NJDOE data entry training during the grant year. Run reports in EZ Reports for the Program Director and Site Coordinator. Any additional duties assigned by the Director of Instruction & Funded Programs, 21st CCLC Program Director or 21st CCLC Site Coordinator. Dates: September 1, 2026-July 30, 2027 (no dates in June 2027) Rate of Pay: Stipend not to exceed $500 per month
