Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role offers the chance to work with students from kindergarten through high school across two sites in the Central Square area. Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC, CFY, or strong pediatric experience preferred)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles
• Ability to work confidently with K-12 caseloads
• Familiarity with IEP systems; training provided if needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Flexibility for itinerant travel between two assigned sites (mileage/travel pay included)
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in therapy practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Assess, identify, and document communication disorders in a diverse student population
• Participate in team meetings, and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
• Provide education and guidance to staff and families on speech-language strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and records in compliance with administrative procedures
• Engage in ongoing professional development and district-offered supervision, especially for CFY candidates
