Job Description:
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead delivery of high-impact customer experiences across a Salesforce platform that enables enrollment and incentives in Clean Energy and Income-Qualified Programs.
- This role is accountable not just for backlog execution, but for driving prioritization decisions tied to business outcomes, improving how teams operate, and influencing work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- The Sr. PO operates in a 3-in-a-box model (Business, IT, Product), ensuring the right work is prioritized, value is clearly defined and measured and delivery is predictable, high quality, and outcome-driven.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role
- Experience with Salesforce and SaaS platforms
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong experience managing backlogs, planning cycles, and delivery execution
- Experience operating in complex, multi-system environments
