PRIMARY FUNCTION
Performs and assists repair work on all machines and related equipment.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.TYPICAL DUTIES
- Reads and understands basic drawings and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical circuit.
- Practices safe work habits and instruct others in performance of safety procedures.
- Works with Class I maintenance personnel and supervisors in problem solving and development of new processes.
- Performs preventative maintenance duties of all plant machinery & equipment established within MC.
- Preforms mechanical repairs on conveyor systems and gearboxes.
- Assists in repairing of Facilities, Plant Machinery & Equipment
- Maintains inventory of materials used in performance of duties.
- Documents all work preformed
- Maintains clean and orderly work areas of plant and grounds.
