PRIMARY FUNCTION
Performs and assists repair work on all machines and related equipment.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Reads and understands basic drawings and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical circuit.
- Practices safe work habits and instruct others in performance of safety procedures.
- Works with Class I maintenance personnel and supervisors in problem solving and development of new processes.
- Performs preventative maintenance duties of all plant machinery & equipment established within MC.
- Preforms mechanical repairs on conveyor systems and gearboxes.
- Assists in repairing of Facilities, Plant Machinery & Equipment
- Maintains inventory of materials used in performance of duties.
- Documents all work preformed
- Maintains clean and orderly work areas of plant and grounds.
