Assistant Manager

Cafe Rio

Meridian, ID

Cafe Rio is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our fast-casual, Mexican-inspired restaurant. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, guide and coach team members, and ensure fresh, made-from-scratch food and excellent guest service. You’ll assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and cash handling while maintaining a clean, safe, and upbeat environment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with opportunities to grow into higher leadership as Cafe Rio expands across multiple markets.
