HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM or IM training) to help grow our primary care team in Edwardsville, IL. Edwardsville is a safe, family friendly suburb of St. Louis with a great school district and it's own university. Position Details:
-Well established, growing practice.
-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
-100% Outpatient Practice
- Dedicated support staff
- EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to assist with documentation and support work-life balance
- J1 & H-1B sponsorship available

Position Requirements:
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM or ABIM

Compensation Package Details:
- Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656
- Sign on bonus
- Relocation funds
- Housing Incentive
- CME Funds and day per year
- Annual quality bonus eligibility

Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
