I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in fire claims, but I always knew I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps as a second-generation State Farm agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia and a proud parent of three adult children and grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren. Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community through local events and believes that building strong relationships extends beyond serving our customers. As an Account Associate for Baxter Bouchillon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
