Key Responsibilities Assess: Evaluate patients' physical, social, and psychological status, gathering information from team members and patients. Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input, including education and support planning. Implement: Coordinate and delegate care, managing resources effectively while ensuring adherence to guidelines and professional standards. Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, adjusting care plans as needed. Professionalism: Uphold ethical standards, legal compliance, accurate documentation, and promote the nursing profession. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license; BSN required (or obtained within four years if less than 12 months of experience). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong patient care, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to see, hear, manipulate equipment, lift, transfer, and assist patients, and navigate busy environments.
