Role Description Birchstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Sarasota, FL. The Leasing Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing lease agreements, facilitating resident retention initiatives, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves overseeing lease administration tasks and maintaining clear and professional communication with residents and team members. Qualifications Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for residents. Proficiency in handling Leases and Lease Administration with precision and attention to detail. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and team members. Ability to adapt, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced property management environment. Knowledge of property management systems and prior experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
