We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations. This role is responsible for managing the logistics team, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards. 

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse employees.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor logistics KPIs.
• Work with production, procurement, customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Improve warehouse processes, material flow, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Train and develop team members.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS, Excel, Microsoft Office, and RF scanning .
• Knowledge of Lean, quality assurance, and team leadership.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Work Environment

This position involves working in an office, warehouse/manufacturing environment, and occasionally field/construction environments. Some standing, walking, bending, and lifting under 25 lbs. may be required.
