Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Contact warm, high-intent leads provided daily—no cold calling required

• Connect with clients to understand their needs, goals, and financial priorities

• Recommend life insurance solutions that provide the best protection for individuals and families

• Meet with clients virtually via phone or video appointments

• Manage your own schedule with full flexibility and control over your time

• Follow a proven sales system with step-by-step training and ongoing support

• Work closely with experienced mentors who are invested in your growth and success

• Track your performance, monitor key metrics, and continuously improve your results

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up

• Stay up to date with products, tools, and industry best practices to enhance your effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to connect with clients virtually and in person, understanding their unique needs and priorities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
• Ability to manage your own schedule with flexibility, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry best practices and product knowledge.
