Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Elmwood Primary Care , a hospital employed, outpatient family medicine practice located in Waterville, Maine, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our dynamic, patient-centered team. As a member of our practice, you will provide a full range of primary care services and manage your own patient panel. You will work within a highly collaborative, team-based model that includes:
- Medical Staff
- Care Management
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Managing your own patient panel with autonomy and support
- Delivering team-based care in coordination with interdisciplinary groups
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- NP or PA certification
- Maine medical licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates with substantial related experience will be considered
