Dealer Relationship Manager/Automotive Dealer Account Rep
Full-Time | St. Louis, MO

Are you an experienced automotive finance professional who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and helping dealers grow their business?

We are looking for a Dealer Relationship Manager to join our team and manage relationships with automotive dealerships throughout an assigned territory. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to dealers, introduce and sell our credit application products and services, and help drive new retail installment contracts.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with automotive dealers.
Sell company products and services designed to support dealer financing needs.
Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with new and existing dealerships face-to-face.
Make a minimum of 50 dealer calls per week to include 10 dealer visits per day.
Prospect for new business, with a minimum of 5 new dealer contacts each week.
Negotiate financing deals with dealers and work to close retail installment contracts.
Obtain and maintain dealer agreements.
Help resolve service issues and ensure dealers receive responsive support.
Make sure dealers have the appropriate advertising and promotional materials.
Complete and submit weekly activity and summary reports.
Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience in the automotive dealer and/or finance industry.
General knowledge of the automotive finance industry and its competitors.
Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to manage a territory independently.
Computer proficiency to include experience with MS Office.
A valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation for business use.
