This position involves working night shifts, 12 hours per shift. The contract duration is for 13 weeks. Every other holiday availability is required. Candidates must submit requests for time off upon submission. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. Candidates should have experience in various emergency care situations. The RN to patient ratio will be 1:5. Floating to other areas within skillset may be required. Certification in advanced life support and stroke management is mandatory. Experience with IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care, is essential. The ideal candidate will have skills in interpreting cardiac rhythms and managing emergency situations. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the use of special equipment, including rapid infusers. This position involves caring for adults and geriatrics with various emergency diagnoses. Emergency care experience with trauma patients is a significant asset. Candidates must possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
