The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all trials are conducted in adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. This role involves directing clinical trial management and site operations, fostering excellence across all phases of development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align clinical strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The VP will also be at the forefront of driving innovation in clinical operations, particularly in the use of AI and automation for process optimization and scalability, and will be expected to ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regional regulatory standards across all trial sites globally. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of clinical operations experience within biotech, pharma, or CRO environments. The role requires proven leadership experience in clinical trial management and global site operations, as well as a strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements. Expertise in leveraging AI and automation to enhance clinical operations efficiency is essential. The VP will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, contributing to portfolio strategy, and developing scalable operating models to support the expansion and efficiency of clinical operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are a must, along with the willingness to travel and the ability to work onsite for a significant portion of the week.
