Your Role as a Line Cook at CKV As a Line Cook, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to: Preparing food items for villagers,team members, guestsand special functions as designated by production sheets using quantity recipes, designated portion control, and instructions by the Executive Chef. Following sanitation and infection control standards in preparation, proper handling of leftover items and cleanliness of area. Following standards for sauteing, broiling, and grill work. Maintaining aclean,organized work and storage area. Actingas lead of the department in the absence of Executive Chef, Cook/Supervisor or Dining Room Manager. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Working knowledge of food service preparation as would be required through two years of related work experience preferred.
