Join Our Family Birth Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a specialized labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for patients through education and emotional support. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. At least one year of nursing experience or completion of a residency program. Current RN license, BLS, NRP, and other relevant certifications; additional training may be required. Skills & Qualities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with electronic health systems. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Key Duties Deliver direct patient care adhering to safety and quality standards. Coordinate holistic care with healthcare teams. Educate and support patients and families throughout their care journey. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records.
