Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2367.71/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized emergency care as an ER RN, delivering high-quality patient treatment in a fast-paced environment. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine priority for care. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility policies. Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health maintenance. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, licensing, and certification requirements. Qualifications: Active CA State RN license uploaded within the past 2 weeks. Valid ACLS, BLS, PALSTN, and NCC certifications with current expiration dates. Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts, including every other weekend.
